The construction unit Guangxi Kailes Kitchen and Bath Metal Technology Co., Ltd. has entrusted Guangxi Yuhong Environmental Protection Consulting Co., Ltd. to conduct an environmental impact assessment on the annual production of 10 million sets of faucets and 3 million sets of showerheads project of Guangxi Kailes Kitchen and Bath Metal Technology Co., Ltd. The draft of the environmental impact assessment report for the project has been completed. In order to ensure the public's right to know, participate, express and supervise environmental protection, in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the People's Republic of China and the Public Participation Measures for Environmental Impact Assessment, the relevant environmental impact assessment information of the project is now made public. Construction content and scale: The project is designed to produce 10 million sets of high-end faucets annually, including 4 million sets of copper alloy cast faucets per year, 3 million sets of welded copper tube faucets per year, 3 million sets of welded stainless steel faucets per year, and 3 million sets of matching showerheads per year; Among them, various types of bathroom accessories have an annual output of about 15000 tons, including 10 million pieces/year of copper castings (about 6000t/a), 3 million pieces/year of copper pipes (about 1500t/a), 3 million pieces/year of stainless steel fittings (about 1500t/a), 20 million pieces/year of zinc castings (about 4000t/a), 20 million pieces/year of aluminum castings (about 1000t/a), and 3 million pieces/year of ABS injection molded showerheads (about 1000t/a). One copper casting production line, one copper tube production line, one stainless steel pipe fitting production line, one zinc casting production line, one aluminum casting production line, one showerhead (ABS injection molding) production line, two copper automatic electroplating production lines, two zinc automatic electroplating production lines, two semi-automatic multifunctional variegated production lines, one aluminum automatic electroplating production line, one stainless steel automatic electroplating production line, two ABS automatic electroplating production lines, two electrophoresis production lines, two coating production lines (spray painting+powder spraying), one PVD production line, and a faucet assembly production line are planned to be built.
7. Engineering investment: The total investment of the project is 667 million yuan, including 14.18 million yuan for environmental protection investment.
8. Project construction schedule: The construction period is expected to be 3 years.

The project has a labor quota of 1500 people; Annual working days: 310 days.
10. Main evaluation conclusion:
The annual production of 10 million sets of faucets and 3 million sets of showerheads by Guangxi Kailes Kitchen and Bathroom Metal Technology Co., Ltd. meets the relevant national policy requirements and the site selection is reasonable. The production of the project will inevitably have certain adverse effects on the regional ecology, surface water, air, and acoustic environment quality. By adopting comprehensive and feasible pollution prevention and ecological protection measures, the degree and scope of adverse effects of the production project on the environment are relatively small. During the construction and operation of the project, the construction unit shall strictly implement national environmental protection policies and various regulatory management systems, and implement the prevention and control measures proposed in this environmental assessment report to ensure that all environmental protection and safety measures are in place, and to ensure that the "three wastes" are discharged in compliance with standards.
